Shipping
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship exclusively to addresses in Belgium and the Netherlands.
What are the shipping costs?
- Belgium: Free shipping on orders from €75. €3.95 on orders under €75.
- Netherlands: Free shipping on orders from €75. €6.95 on orders under €75.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 8:00 PM are shipped the next day. After shipping, expect your package within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days after receipt to return an item. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at info@thirtyseven.be to request a return. Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted. Upon approval, you will receive a return label.
Which items cannot be returned?
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method. If it takes longer than 15 business days, please contact us at info@thirtyseven.be.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Send the item back and contact us at info@thirtyseven.be to arrange an exchange.
Orders
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@thirtyseven.be. We process orders quickly, so changes cannot always be guaranteed.
I haven't received my order — what now?
